www.arthurmustafa.com & Arthur Mustafa Photography are the property of the Romanian photographer Arthur Mustafa. This is the portal through which Arthur Mustafa presents his works in the photography field. The site is divided into several sections: photo gallery, the presentation of the author's photographic activities (exhibitions, contests and awards, publications), the presentation of the photographer as an artist and of the commercial photography services that he offers, contact section and partnership, and a blog section, in which Arthur Mustafa regularly publish articles and new photographs.

The site is designed and presented in English and Romanian. In English because the photographer wants to make available the content of the site to a large public and, given that English is an international language, has chosen it. In Romanian because most aspects of its photography work takes place in Romania, especially those concerning publishing, so the photography articles published will be presented on this site entirely in Romanian, in their original form, and within the available time they will be translated into English. To translate articles into other languages, like translating the entire site into other languages, you can use the Google Translate module, available in the right section, in the sidebar.

All images, photos or graphics, and concept of this site are property of Arthur Mustafa. No pictures, no part of the site, or graphics that belong to the site may be copied, modified, republished or used in any other way than with the written consent of the owner.

www.arthurmustafa.com & Arthur Mustafa Photography sunt proprietatea fotografului roman Arthur Mustafa. Acesta este portalul prin care Arthur Mustafa isi prezinta lucrarile din domeniul fotografiei. Site-ul este structurat in mai multe sectiuni: galeria de fotografii, prezentarea activitatii fotografice a autorului (expozitii, concursuri si premii, publicatii), prezentarea fotografului ca artist si a serviciilor de fotografie comerciala pe care acesta le ofera, sectiunea de contact si parteneriat, precum si o sectiune de blog , in care Arthur Mustafa publica cu regularitate articole si fotografii noi.

Site-ul este conceput si prezentat in limbile engleza si romana. In engleza deoarece fotograful isi doreste sa puna la dispozitie continutul site-ului sau unui public cat mai larg si, avand in vedere ca limba engleza este o limba de circulatie internationala, a ales-o pe aceasta. In romana deoarece majoritatea aspectelor activitatii sale fotografice se deruleaza in Romania, in special cele publicistice, astfel ca articolele de fotografie pe care le publica vor fi prezentate si pe acest site tot in romana, in forma lor originala, iar in masura timpului disponibil vor fi traduse si in limba engleza. Pentru traducerea articolelor in alte limbi, la fel ca pentru traducerea intregului site in alte limbi, se poate folosi modulul Google Translate, disponibil in partea dreapta a site-ului, in sidebar.

Toate imaginile, fotografiile sau grafica, cat si conceptul acestui site sunt proprietatea lui Arthur Mustafa. Nici o imagine, nici o parte a site-ului, sau grafica ce apartine site-ului nu poate fi copiata, modificata, republicata sau utilizata in orice alt mod decat cu acordul scris al proprietarului.

Modul de utilizare al acestui site, a imaginilor, fotografiilor si design-ului grafic trebuie sa fie conform cu conditiile stipulate in Legea nr. 8/1996 privind dreptul de autor si drepturile conexe, sau a legilor similare din tarile de origine ale cumparatorilor.

Agentiile de publicitate, editurile, editorii si designer-ii individuali pot folosi fotografiile ca si imagini de stoc pentru crearea de grafica sau layout-uri destinate unor terti numai folosind imagini insemnate cu watermark, care sa fie vizibile pe imagine si sa arate in forma urmatoare:

Acestea nu sunt purtatoare de onorariu atat timp cat sunt folosite ca suport de oferta pentru acestia. Folosirea fotografiilor ca si imagini de stoc se face numai pe baza unui contract de cesiune a drepturilor de utilizare semnat intre Arthur Mustafa PFA si beneficiar, pe baza unei oferte de pret discutate si agreate anterior de catre parti, si a modului de utilizare a fotografiilor. Pentru dreptul de folosire a fotografiilor ca atare sau ca imagini de stoc, sau pentru fotografii la comanda, va rog sa ma contactati. Propunerile de colaborare sau cererile de oferta vor fi onorate in cel mai scurt timp posibil.

In ceea ce priveste colectarea informatiilor de la vizitatorii acestui site ca urmare a inscrierii lor in baza de date pentru abonarea la newsletter-ul informativ, Arthur Mustafa isi asuma angajamentul fata de utilizatori ca informatiile obtinute prin exploatarea acestui site nu vor fi facute publice si nu vor face obiectul nici unei tranzactii de date cu terti.
